Terms & Conditions

Costs
We are not registered for VAT therefore all prices are as quoted.
Carriage and packaging charges are in addition to our quoted prices.
All order payments must be made in pounds stirling.

Delivery & Collection
Goods will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by you when placing your order.
Sharpening work will normally be dispatched within 48 hours and Servicing work within 5 days.
Postal delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless a timed delivery service is specifically requested.
We cannot accept responsibility or liability for delivery delays once items are posted.
We accept no liability for items lost or damaged in transit. If we receive items that are damaged on receipt you will be notified immediately.
Any item not collected within three months either paid or unpaid will become the property of The Sharpeners and will be sold.

Payment
Payment must be received before orders are dispatched.
If customers cheques are returned by our bank, a charge will be made to cover our banking costs.

Warranties and Liabilities
In the unlikely event that sharpened clipper blades, scissors, knives and tools do not cut effectively they must be returned to us for inspection, the items will be re-sharpened and returned to you free of charge. We must be informed within 7 days of any such items.
